BIM Management
Our BIM Management training programme has been written and developed by our in-house team of training experts to educate teams on a consistent methodology and framework for BIM and Digital Engineering projects.
The BIM Management training programme supports, educates and up-skills those in the process of implementing BIM on construction and infrastructure projects content globally across the construction industry.
We work with all levels of BIM adopters – from those just taking first steps into BIM management, to those who are veterans. There is always something new to learn.
The learning outcomes from this programme align to the global standard ISO 19650, and we have divided the programme into two sessions for bite-sized learning.
What you will gain from this BIM training:
Understand how to create and review a briefing document (EIR/PIR) to adequately tender on a BIM project
Produce key documentation for BIM, including a BIM Execution Plan, a Model Production and Delivery Table (or Model Element Table)
Discover key technologies which support BIM and how they can impact / provide benefits to your projects
Be able to support the creation/ strategy of role requirements, training implications and project management principles when it comes to BIM
Information exchange and information management
