WHO WE ARE
Digital Node is not your average BIM consultancy; we are passionate about new and advanced technologies, and how this constant evolution impacts the built environment. In the past few years, technology has irreversibly changed the built environment. Our role is to educate and inform so that our clients design and build more effectively and efficiently, through collaboration and integration.
WHAT WE DO
We can support you in providing a series of strategic and technical solutions to ensure increased productivity, enhanced staff technical skills and more efficient execution of your business operations.
Through consultation we will identify areas where a digital approach – supported by BIM – will ensure you are meeting the latest industry requirements while delivering a significant return on investment (ROI).
We believe it is important to support our industry and encourage continual development. Digital Node has affiliations with leading global construction industry groups, including UK BIM Alliance, EU BIM Task Group, BIM Regions, BILT, Women in BIM and Autodesk Expert Elite. We work to support their members in the adoption of BIM.
We support education on a global level, working with education partners in the UK, Australia and the Far East to expand current academic degree courses through the BIM Academic Forum as well as leading universities.
Members of our team act as guest lecturers and tutor at the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia. We also support the University College London and have close ties to the Centre for Spatial Analysis (CASA). We have worked with the University of Bath and the University of Westminster to support MSc courses in relation to BIM.
Our intention is to ensure that students are aware of current Architectural discourse, as well as technologies that can aid and support the future of design.
To support school-age children in the UK, we run ‘Design:Engineer: Construct’ Workshops as a strategic partner for Class of Your Own (COYO).
